I work with people and organisations at moments that matter. When something needs to change, when the path forward isn’t clear, or when the gap between ambition and reality has become a real challenge. The same qualities run through everything I do: presence, care and attention.
Coaching
I love coaching because it offers a rare opportunity for us to step outside of the every day, to take a moment to breath and think. Coaching allows us to safely challenge familiar frames, expand our perspectives, and renew our approaches to work and life.
My clients say I provide a calm and supportive coaching space where empathy, deep listening, as well as a helpful degree of challenge, allow them to explore what matters most and take action to realise change.
My coaching practice is informed by over three decades of work at the intersection of sustainability, strategy and leadership development, by my deep love of that natural world and a belief that living systems can be helpful to inform the way we show up, work and lead. I work with clients to help them navigate the complex environments and systems in which we live and work.
I offer a warm and focused partnership. My aim is to help my clients find practical pathways for change.

Coaching with nature:
Being in nature can loosen what might feel fixed and open what may feel closed. Walking can shift the quality of our thinking, and being side by side creates a different quality of conversation. I offer outdoor coaching sessions around the Thames Valley and South Oxfordshire, 60 to 90 minutes, in blocks of six. I can suggest some beautiful locations or come to where you are.
Coaching online:
Grounded in the same principles of presence and natural living systems thinking. I offer 30 or 60 minute sessions, in blocks of six.

Facilitation and Event Curation
Something shifts in a well-held room. People think more clearly, speak more honestly, find connections they did not expect. I design and facilitate spaces where that can happen, whether we are in a boardroom, a barn, or sitting in a wood.
Events & team days
I love bringing people together to explore, deliberate, and learn. I work with leadership teams, boards, and organisations on strategy days, team development, learning events, nature-based experiences, and bespoke convenings. I facilitate workshops with small leadership teams through to curating events for hundreds of people. For larger programmes, I bring in partners from my network to co-design and co-deliver.
Training
I design and deliver training in regenerative leadership, sustainability and climate, and living systems thinking, for organisations working to create real change.

Advisory, Non-Exec and Consulting
Sometimes you need a different kind of presence to move things forward. Not someone embedded day to day, but someone experienced who brings independent perspective. An advisor who comes alongside, helps you see the whole picture, decide what needs to be done and steps in to support the change that’s needed.
I work with leaders and organisations as an advisor and consulting partner: on organisational change, strategy, operating model design, new ventures, impact, and governance. I’m also an experienced non-executive. I bring depth of experience around climate, nature and the wider the purpose economy. I have worked with global institutions, fast growing companies, and entrepreneurs who are building something entirely new.
Engagements take different forms. A defined piece of work. A critical decision. A regular thinking partnership. A Board role. Where the work calls for broader capacity, I draw on my network of partners to co-deliver.

Fractional Leadership
You have the vision. You need someone who can help you build the organisation that delivers it.
I’ll work as a part of your team, typically two to three days a week to provide the operational leadership, strategic depth, and hands-on delivery that growing or transitioning organisations need, without the cost of a full-time hire. I get close to the real decisions. I build trust quickly. I say what I think with kindness and I get things done with energy.
I am particularly experienced working at inflection points: when a growing organisation needs to professionalise without losing its culture; when a leadership transition leaves a strategic gap; when the distance between ambition and delivery has become the central problem.
What I bring
Fourteen years of fractional and interim work across purpose-led organisations. Experience stabilising organisations in crisis, scaling from start-up to Series A, and building new ventures from first principles. International experience with PwC, including nine years in China, where I made Partner, created and led the firm’s first Sustainability and Climate Change practice in Asia, led cross-border M&A deals and oversaw organisational change as the firm grew 10-fold in nine years. A Chartered Accountant, with a coaching mindset, deep commercial experience and an equally deep commitment to regenerative principles.
